There are situations encountered on the battlefield that call for the removal of particularly hard targets that would be difficult for Engineers to get close to. These are the targets that the "Wally" as it is has been dubbed by the Concordian soldiery, was designed for. Adept at manuevering over rough ground, through heavy fire, and still delivering its payload, the Wally is a reliable little vehicle. This has lead to some limited use as an emergency supply transport, and even a makeshift ambulance in some cases, provided that the explosive charges have been removed, of course.
