About Us

Golden Dragon Games is a Tabletop War Games Company located in Clarksville, Tennessee. Clarksville is a charming military town located near Fort Campbell home of the 101st Airborne division. Frequently asked questions

Are you going to make more plastic models?

Absolutely! Our eventual goal is for the entire game to be available in high-quality hard plastic. However, this is a process that takes time, and no small amount of investment. Marcher is a project we are measuring in decades. So keep in mind that we're just beginning!

Are you going to continue making STLs?

Yes we are. Our company was founded off of our digital files, and we have every intention of continuing to produce and sell them.

Are the rules going to remain free after release?

Yes. As part of our commitment to balance and our community-first approach, the rules for Marcher: Empire at War will always be available online for free. That said, we will be selling physical rulebooks in the future for those who prefer a book or want to support our continuing work.

What scale are the models at?

Officially, models for Marcher: Empires at War are 28mm Heroic. Meaning that the figures, when standing straight, generally measure 28mm to the eye. With this, there is a good amount of variation due to equipment, boots, poses, and many other variables. They all look good next to each other, though! The vehicles for Marcher are much larger than their IRL counterparts as part of intentional stylization, gameplay considerations, and in-universe tech differences.
